The Best Way to Reach Me
Because I spend much of the day consulting with patients, I may not always be able to answer phone calls immediately.
For non-urgent enquiries, an SMS or email is usually the most effective way to get in touch. I’ll do my best to respond as soon as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral?
No — physiotherapists are primary contact practitioners, so you can book directly without a GP referral. A referral is only required if you'd like to claim a Medicare rebate under a GP Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan.
Where can I park?
Ample parking for 140 cars, including disabled parking, is available at the rear of the clinic. An undercover drive through main entrance (in Maple Street) allows for patient drop-off at the main entrance. There is easy wheelchair access and no steps or stairs. Wheelchairs are available at reception. Please never leave your car parked in the drive-through area as ambulances frequently need access to the main building entrance. Patients are asked to use the public footpath in Maple Street to walk from the car park to the clinic.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring any relevant scans, reports or referral letters, a list of current medications, and comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being assessed.
Do you accept private health insurance?
Yes — physiotherapy is typically claimable through private health fund extras/ancillary cover, though rebate amounts vary by fund and policy. Please check your level of cover with your fund; full details on claiming at this clinic will be published here soon.
Do you see WorkSafe and TAC patients?
Yes — My Advanced Physio provides treatment for eligible WorkSafe Victoria and TAC claims. Claim approval and supporting documentation are generally required before treatment can proceed, so please contact the clinic to confirm your claim details before booking.
